How Power Score Works

Power Score is based on the same rating system used in competitive chess. It turns community votes into a single number that represents how strong the community thinks a character is.

  1. 1Every character starts with a Power Score of 1,200.
  2. 2When you vote, the winner gains points and the loser drops points.
  3. 3Upsets matter — beating a higher-ranked character awards more points than beating a lower-ranked one.
  4. 4The more votes a matchup gets, the more accurate the score becomes.
  5. 5Rankings update instantly after every vote.
